Great news! You can now book your summer pool party at the EARC!  The party pricing is very similar to the 2022 season. Here’s a quick summary of the daytime vs. after hours rates and information.

Daytime Parties: (Base rate of $85 Monday-Friday, $100 on Saturdays)

• Can be booked Monday-Saturday
• Two hour time block
• Only one party may be booked per time slot
• 15 swimmers are permitted per daytime party*
• For an additional $5, you can rent a grill for your event
• You must submit a completed guest list prior to the start of your party
• All non-member party guests must leave at the end of the two hour party

*Additional non-swimmers may accompany younger guests, but they may not enter the water.

After Hours Parties: (Base rate of $240)

• Can be booked from 8-10 pm Monday-Saturday and on Sundays from 10:30-12:30 pm
• Two hour time block
• Only one party may be booked per time slot
• 40 guests are permitted total (swimmers and non-swimmers/members and non-members)
• For an additional $5, you can rent a grill for your event
• You must submit a completed guest list prior to the start of your party
• All non-member party guests must leave at the end of the two hour party
• Additional guests may be added for a fee of $85 per grouping of 15 people
