If your After Hours party guest list exceeds 40 people (swimmers AND non-swimmers), you will need to purchase additional lifeguard coverage. Each $85 fee adds 15 guests to your allowed guest list. For example, if your party is 70 people, you will need to purchase 2 additional lifeguard fees. (40 + 15 + 15 = 70 people, or $85 + $85 = 170). The maximum number of guests for an after hours party is 70.

We ask that you request additional guards a minimum of seven days in advance of your event to ensure that we can provide the lifeguard coverage your event needs. If the EARC is unable to provide the additional guards, you will receive a full refund. Paying for additional guards does not guarantee coverage.
