For New Members

Please see below for information on how to join our waitlist. We want to be as transparent as possible about the wait time for membership. AT THIS TIME, ANYONE JOINING OUR WAITLIST MAY EXPERIENCE A WAIT TIME OF FOUR OR MORE YEARS. The EARC charges a one time fee of $50 to join our waitlist. EARC membership numbers are capped to allow for the best member experience for our members and their guests. If you are interested in joining our club for the first time, start by purchasing below. This fee is not applied towards your membership. If you have already joined our waitlist, your application and position can be found here: Application Lookup / Self-Update. Although our waitlist is extensive, you must be on it in order to join EARC in the future.

Once your order is processed, you will be sent a follow up email with instructions to complete the membership application. The wait-list carries over from year to year.

Returning Members

If you were a member of the club last year, you will have received an email invoice with instructions for renewing for this year. If you need to change your membership level, you can do so below.

Family Membership - Four or more family members

EARC defines a Family as one adult with multiple children or two adults with any number of children who all reside in the same household.

The EARC defines a three person family as a family of one parent and two children, or two parents with one child. All family members must be part of the same household to qualify for this membership.
